So, tomorrow is the final episode of season 3 of BG. Will they answer any of the following questions?

  • Do the cylons really Have a Plan (as it says in the credits) or are they making it up as they go along (as it appears)?
  • Have the cylons mastered “afterlife” tech (as in the Final Five seen in the Opera House)?
  • Who programmed the humaniod cylons (ref what Number Three said before de-activation in Rapture)?
  • Why would Gods leave mechanical probes?
  • Why would Gods have stone temples and yet spaceships (ref Kobol)?
  • Are the Gods real and current (ref directing the athiest Tyrol to find the Temple of Five)?
  • Do humans have a collective psychic link (ref the Opera House being seen in dreams by both Baltar and Roslyn) and do the Cylons share it too?
  • Does what the Hybrid’s say make any sense?
  • What did 3 mean when she told Baltar “You were right” before she died the last time before being boxed?
  • What did 6 mean by telling Baltar that they would be Hera’s parents?
  • What did 6 mean by telling Baltar he was The Chosen One?
  • What is the 6 in Baltar’s head?
  • What is the Baltar in Caprica Six’s head?
  • Why are the Final Five unknown to the rest of the cylons?
  • What’s with Starbucks visions?
  • Why was it necessary for Starbuck to die?
  • What’s the mysterious piece of music people keep hearing of Galactica?

If they don’t answer at least some of those I’m going to be disapointed. I wouldn’t give it great odds that the show will last to the end of season 4 so I’d like at least some of that explained now. – or I feel we may never know and it’d be such a pain to have to put it down to another great show that in the long run just didn’t make any sense (cf X-Files, etc).
